Todd JohnsonCoach Todd Johnson’s love of sports began when he first stepped onto the baseball field at the age of 5. His coaches, in football, basketball, baseball and track, as well as many of his teachers, had a huge impact on him personally, and contributed to his decision to become a teacher and coach. He went to John Marshall HS in San Antonio, and attended Texas A&M University graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology.
Coach Johnson is beginning his 4th year at East View HS, 15th year in GISD, and 26th year overall. He coaches the offensive line, assists with Wrestling and teaches United States History. Coach Johnson and his amazing wife, Codie, have 2 sons, Trent and Bryce. Trent will be a sophomore at EVHS and Bryce will be in the 7th grade at Wagner MS. Both boys play football, basketball and run track. |
